IDC consists of a new system of ceramic printing based on liquid ink injection. This system decorates both the high and the low relief of the tile with a high definition which does not occur with conventional systems. It offers a large array of different designs as well as perfectly controlled variation of tonality, thus obtaining the creation of natural and innovative designs that had never previously been available.
DEVELOPMENT OF I+D+ I AS A GUARANTEE OF RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENT Eco-Logik, is the result of an investigation developed with the collaboration of the University Jaume I, focused on increasing the use of residues resulting from ceramic tile production and other sectors such as that of glass. The Spanish Society for Ceramic Tile and Glass awarded Plaza Ceramicas with the Alfa de Oro prize for it´s product “Eco-Logik” in the 2011 Cevisama Trade Show. This award recognizes technological innovation and an initiative in I+D+i which the company carries out at all times in order to create innovative, durable products which also permit a minimization of the environmental impact of the industrial ceramic process. |
